If you wish to cancel larger scale projects, such as web design or graphic design, you’ll need to pay a cancellation fee as outlined in the contract, because we have already dedicated time and resources to you.

We would require access to assets too, such as imagery, copy and branding.
We ask for an upfront deposit so that we can spend quality time with our clients, and not chasing invoices. If you need a payment plan, please ask and we’ll work out a custom plan that suits your wallet.
